Most of our store's products are shipped using UPS express services, and only in extremely rare cases do we encounter lost shipments. Should this occur, customers are protected by our after-sales service, and we will issue a full refund to the customer.

We primarily ship to the U.S. and offer free shipping, with delivery arriving within 15 days, including production time.
We can deliver to more than 190 countries and regions.

We understand that we cannot produce enough nails for each individual! Sometimes, when nails need to be customized to specific sizes, unfortunately, we may not be able to keep up with production to meet customer demand until the center completes the order. If this happens, we will list those products for pre-order. We know the days when we can accept additional production orders, so these are the dates listed in parentheses next to the product name with the label 'If Available.' All orders will then be shipped to our customers on the specified date. This allows our customers to pre-order their favorite designs and ensures they receive the nails tailored to their preferences
